Monthly Meetup: Skill-Sharing & Sanctuary

Join us for our once-a-month gathering—a space to learn, connect, and strengthen our mutual aid network while deepening our spiritual practice. 

What We Practice:

• Radical Inclusion: We are anti-racist, anti-homophobic, and anti-transphobic. Neurodivergent, LGBTQIA2S+, polyamorous, and pagan individuals and families are warmly welcomed.
• Pagan Spirituality & Witchcraft: We actively teach and practice earth-based spirituality, folk magic, ritual craft, and seasonal observances. This is a living tradition—shared across generations and open to all paths within the Pagan umbrella.
• Preparedness & Self-Sufficiency: We train in survival skills, emergency drills, and sustainable living.
• Skill-Sharing: From food preservation and land stewardship to first aid and fire safety—every skill has value.
• Respect & Consent: We honor personal boundaries and practice open, honest communication.
• Accountability: We operate under our Charter’s Three-Strike Policy, ensuring a safe, confidential, and supportive environment.
• Confidentiality – Protect the Clan’s privacy and security.
• Contribution – Every member contributes; dues or work exchange.

📍 Where: Bitterroot Public Library, Hamilton, MT

Agenda includes:

6:00 PM – Opening Sacred Circle
6:10 PM – Review & Seasonal Focus

6:25 PM – Monthly Rotating Pagan Deep-Dive (20-minute intensive) Each month features one focused spiritual craft, taught by a member of the Land & Lore Division:

• Herbcraft & magical plant work
• Divination practice (tarot, runes, or scrying)
• Spellcraft fundamentals & intention-setting
• Ancestor veneration & spirit communication
• Seasonal ritual preparation for the upcoming sabbat

6:45 PM – Homestead Skill Share (20 minutes)
Practical crafts for resilient, intentional living. One focus a month. 

Land & Lore:
Working with the rhythm of the land—seasonal observations, weather reading, tracking wildlife patterns, or matching the night’s deep-dive topic with a tangible skill like soil reading or plant identification.

Health & Hearth:
From garden to table—fermenting, drying herbs, making tinctures, salves, or fire cider. Also covers tending the home fire, preserving harvests, and daily energy management through routine and rest.

Security & Safety:
Situational awareness on the land—fence and gate checks, fire prevention, tool safety, animal behavior reads, and the calm, grounded presence needed for good judgment in remote or off-grid settings.

Build & Maintain:
Hands-on crafting with purpose—sharpening blades, mending gear, whittling tool handles, braiding rope, repairing structures, or stitching and waterproofing work clothes, all done with care and intention for the work ahead.

7:05 PM – Open Forum (The People’s Voice – 15 minutes)
7:20 PM – Closing Ritual 

7:35 PM – Informal Social & Exchange (until 8:00 PM)
Stay after the closing to trade seeds, herbs, zines, or contact info for smaller working groups. Light tea or water will be available.
